Coastal Skipper

Pre-course requirements are 15 days sea time, with 2 days as skipper, 300 miles and 8 night hours. You must have the ability to navigate to Coastal Skipper Shorebased course standard and to sail to Day Skipper practical course standard.

The course covers coastal and offshore, long distance passages and aims to achieve a standard of ability to skipper a yacht on coastal passages by day or night.

Duration: Five days.
